With the Center’s support, we have developed many kinds of new products such as zinc-aluminum alloy wire, zinc-aluminum-copper-magnesium alloy wire, tin-zinc-antimony-copper alloy wire, rare-earth containing zinc-aluminum alloy wire, lead-free tin-zinc solders.Some of them has been awarded the patent rights.
　　In the Company, there is complete manufacturing equipment for the smelting, squeezing, wire-drawing, wire-circling, and packing of alloy wires with output of 10000 tons. There are also some advanced instrument for the chemical analysis, testing and measurement of products and raw materials. Today, our Company is the largest manufacturer of arc-sprayed metal materials for head contact layer of film capacitors with complete series. The products include tin-zinc alloy wire, lead-free spraying wire, tin-silver-copper alloy wire, tin-copper alloy wire, Babbitt alloy wire, zinc-aluminum alloy wire, zinc wire (bar), low-melting-point spraying wire (bar), aluminum wire and lead-free tin solder wire. Some of them are also used in soft-soldering or as spraying metal materials for corrosion protection. Our products are popular around the whole China (include Hong Kong and Taiwan), as well as USA, Europe, Japan, Indonesia and Australia, etc.
