Q:Now we use aluminum plated films, zinc-aluminum plated films and silver-zinc-aluminum plated films in manufacturing film capacitors, which kinds of sprayed metal materials are most suitable for the head contact layer?
A:The zinc as bottom layer is not suitable for above films, our SZSC-2 or SZSC-3 alloy wires are recommended for your choice.

Q:We plan to use the single-step spraying, that means to spray some kind of alloy instead of the bottom spraying of zinc wire, could you recommend such products for us?
A:Our SZSC-2 or SZSC-3 alloy wires are suitable for such a single-step spraying.

Q:Please tell us the composition of such alloys?
A:The recommended alloys are composed of tin, zinc, antimony and copper. The tin content of SZSC-2 is about 70%, and SZSC-3 65%.

Q:How about the adhesion strength of your alloys on the capacitor head is? How about the solderability?
A:According to relevant information feedbacks and our testing results, our alloys can provide capacitors with excellent and stable electrical performance. Their solderability is very well.

Q:How much is your quoted price of these alloys?
A:The tin is the basic metal in these alloys, and its price fluctuates frequently.
